Challenges:

Zenith International aimed to improve the return on ad spend(ROAS) across Amazon DSP campaigns by leveraging deeper audience insights.Their focus was on refining targeting, maximizing sales efficiency, and minimizing wasted ad spend. While they had already built strong audience strategies, they explored new ways to enhance precision in segmentation and real-time optimizations.

Solution:

Zenith International leveraged AMC data to uncover more granular audience behavior patterns, implementing advanced segmentation techniques to refine their DSP approach. By integrating Xnurta’s AMC Hub into their Amazon DSP campaigns, Zenith International achieved impressive results for their client, over the June to August period:

  • Increased sales with reduced spend: While DSP ad spend dropped by 5% in August     compared to June, sales grew by 20%, demonstrating the efficiency of Xnurta’s audience-driven approach.
  • Significant impact from AMC audiences: AMC audiences, which contributed 0% of     sales in June, were responsible for 28% of DSP sales in August,     highlighting the effectiveness of personalized audience targeting.
  • Boosted ROAS: The overall DSP ROAS improved from 3.04 to 3.8, with AMC     audiences achieving a higher average ROAS of 4.0. These results     reflect the impact of AMC’s targeting capabilities on return performance.
  • Top-Performing Audience Segments: The cart abandoners audience proved the most     impactful, driving 57% of AMC audience sales and 16% of total DSP sales in August.

Through enhanced audience insights and targeting, Zenith boosted campaign performance, optimized ad spend, and delivered higher ROAS for their client.
